The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, line 9, after the period by inserting, “The Bureau for Medical Services shall update the managed care contract to include language that the contracted managed care company may not present barriers that delay or prevent access, such as prior authorizations or step-therapy failure requirements; and should receive patient centered education and counseling on all FDA approved birth control methods.”;

And,

On page 1, line 13, by striking “unborn children” and inserting in lieu thereof, “a fetus”.
